You can also use a second language to increase your Pass Mark. Your second language can be English or French. If you speak French, you have to take the following test in order to prove your language skills to the Canadian Government:

This test is administered by The Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry. You must submit results from the following tests: comprehension ecrite, comprehension orale, expression ecrite and expression orale.
